About us

Four members of the Group’s management have a majority shareholding in the company. The remaining shares belong to Rabobank Private Equity.

	Eduard de Haan President & Chief Executive Officer Joined the company in 1997. Responsibilities: Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal and HRM.

	Cees Knijn Corporate Technology Officer Joined the company in 1984. Responsibilities: Strategic technology and intellectual property.

	Jan Met Chief Financial Officer Joined the company in 2003. Responsibilities: Finance and IT.

	Milco Halkes Senior Vice President Sales Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific Joined the company in 1982. Responsibilities: Subsidiaries and distributor sales.
