Our nozzle range is designed to deal with the characteristics of exhausts gases with the single purpose of keeping these gases out of the human breathing zone. The nozzles can be used on moving or stationary vehicles, and for a wide number of exhaust pipes, which can be horizontally- or vertically positioned. We offer a wide range of nozzles that can fit to all commonly used exhaust pipes. Please contact us for a complete overview and advice on which nozzle is most suitable for your workshop.

Magnetic Grabber^®

The Magnetic Grabber is a vehicle exhaust removal device (patent pending) that through a conical design, integrated magnets and centre self-alignment, provides very quick, easy and controlled connection and disconnection to a vehicle’s exhaust system. This nozzle is used mainly in areas were the vehicle is moving through an enclosed space, like fire stations.

Pneumatic Grabber^®

The Pneumatic Grabber connects to the vehicle's exhaust pipe via an inflatable rubber bladder. The Grabber can be deflated manually or automatically. The unique rubber construction is ideal for applications that require a soft connection that will not damage the exhaust tailpipe. This nozzle is used mainly in areas were the vehicle is moving through an enclosed space like, fire stations.

REN

The REN nozzle is designed to slip over the exhaust pipe and stay connected by friction seal. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for use on cars and motorcycles.

The REND is a variety of the REN nozzle that includes a damper to close off the systems that are not in use.

REC

The REC nozzle is equipped with an adjustable spring clip which attaches to the tail pipe. It is recommended for car repair and service facilities.

The RECD is a variety of the REC nozzle that includes a damper to close off the systems that are not in use.

REG
The REG nozzle is equipped with a vice grip in order to maximize its holding power to the tailpipe. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for truck repair and service facilities.

The REGD is a variety of the REG nozzle that includes a damper to close off the systems that are not in use.

MEN
The MEN is designed to cover a exhaust gas temperature in a range up to 400 degrees Celsius. Recommended for engine testing and natural gas engine service facilities.

AU
The AU exhaust nozzle is designed to capture the exhaust flow but not interfere with the exhaust flow. This is necessary in several kinds of emission testing.

Stack
The Stack nozzle is designed to fit onto high vertical tailpipes (for example on trucks). With a telescopic arm the nozzle can be easily fixed to the tailpipe using the included guide bar.
