Vehicle exhaust extraction

The single hose drop (FE) is a simple and economic solution when you have to extract exhaust gases and cover more than one service bay while using a central extraction system. We recommend this application for small workshops with limited available space.

The Mini Rail Profile (MRP) is a flexible exhaust rail system for vehicle repair shops.
 

The ET hose is a high-quality fabric composite hose designed for exhaust gasses up to 1112ºF (600ºC).

The Crab Return System (CRS) fosters productivity by eliminating the need for an operator to physically retrieve the exhaust extraction hose and nozzle after they have been disconnected from a vehicle.

The boom arm (FEB) is designed to cover a wide area with a simple hose drop system. The FEB can be attached to a central fan system or connected to a direct-mounted fan depending on the workshop situation.

The integrated spring steel wire makes the ES hose highly flexible and vibration resistant. It can withstand temperatures up to 430ºF (220ºC).

The EG2 hose is flame resistant and vibration resistant, and can withstand exhaust gas temperatures up to 177°C (350°F).

The SNF2 hose is a light-weight, high-temperature, double ply exhaust hose that is ideally suited for Plymovent hose reels and fixed extractor units, and can endure exhaust gas temperatures of up to 250°C (550°F) continuous.
