Hose reels and hose drops

The single hose drop (FE) is a simple and economic solution when you have to extract exhaust gases and cover more than one service bay while using a central extraction system. We recommend this application for small workshops with limited available space.

The boom arm (FEB) is designed to cover a wide area with a simple hose drop system. The FEB can be attached to a central fan system or connected to a direct-mounted fan depending on the workshop situation.

The spring-operated hose reel (SER) is designed to retract the hose with the assistance of a spring. SER is recommended for small to medium-sized working areas in which the hose needs to be stored when not in use - limiting potential damage to personnel and vehicles.

The motorized hose reel (MHR Protected under U.S. Patent No. 6,802,336) is designed to retract the hose with the assistance of an electric motor. We recommend this hose reel for use in general and light duty vehicle workshops with a low ceiling where overhead cranes are used.

The motorized hose reel (MER) is designed to retract the hose with the assistance of an electrical high-torque motor. We recommend this hose reel for use in light and heavy duty vehicle workshops where hoses and nozzles can be heavy and overhead cranes are used.

The motorized spring-assisted hose reel (MSHR) is designed to retract the hose with an electric motor that is assisted by a spring. We recommend this hose reel for use in light and heavy duty vehicle workshops where hoses are heavier than normal due to high exhaust temperatures, and overhead cranes or lifts are used.

Our Hose Reel on Rail (HRR) is ideal for service centers in which multiple bays are positioned and storage of the hose is preferred.

Our hose reel on boom (HRB) is ideal for facilities in which an extended reach is needed to accommodate a larger working area, or reach over or under an obstruction such as a bridge crane.
