Hose Reel on Rail

Our Hose Reel on Rail (HRR) is ideal for service centers in which multiple bays are positioned and storage of the hose is preferred.

Features
  • Operators can slide the hose easily along the rail to the desired bay
  • Convenient storage of the exhaust extraction hose

Hose Reel on Rail for flexible and efficient exhaust extraction

Even when vehicles are idling indoors, exhaust extraction is a must. This new Hose Reel on Rail (HRR) is the ultimate “less is more“ solution for workshops where 2 or more maintenance bays are in place. The Hose Reel on Rail allows for sharing the extraction hose between multiply bays. When not in use the exhaust hose reel can be easily positioned in a non-working zone.

How does the hose reel on rail work?

The Hose Reel on Rail consists of a trolley, the supreme FluxVent crab and a Hose Reel. Together they can move along the rail to the desired location. The hose with the nozzle that is connected to the hose reel, can be lowered and then connected to the vehicle. This way your staff is protected against the hazardous vehicle exhaust.

The trolley opens the rubber seal in the extraction rail and extracts the exhaust gasses. The fan extracts the vehicle exhaust via the nozzle, hose and the trolley into the rail, and then to a filter or vented out. The fan is mounted remotely.

The most versatile solution for your workshop

The new Hose Reel on Rail (HRR) is a vehicle exhaust extraction system that positions the hose to remove hazardous exhaust gases, in an easy way. As it can reach multiple bays, just wherever the extraction is needed. Due to its flexibility it is also a great economical solution since one hose reel is able to facilitate multiple bays.

User friendly

The new Hose Reel on Rail has a module that allows for a smooth lateral movement of the reel, while also making sure the hose reel on rail moves effortlessly through the suction seal when being in the rail protecting your personnel agianst exhaust gasses. Where other hose reel on rail solutions often get stuck while being dragged to their desired position, the new Plymovent Hose Reel on Rail will always arrive where you need it effortlessly.

The Hose Reel on Rail is incredibly comfortable to use and never in your way!

Targeted solution for small and large garages

There are 2 versions of this state of the art crab for the Hose Reel on Rail, making it the targeted solution for either small garages or large workshops.

Small garages

The internal Hose Reel on Rail (HRR-MRP/STR) is used in small garages. A maximum of 2-3 hose reels can be connected to the rail. This is an economical solution if you need high-quality exhaust fume extraction, but do not need it continuously for each bay. The new design of this HRR with internal FluxVent crab offers a stunning 50% drag reduction when the operator moves the crab along the rail.

Large workshops

The external Hose Reel on Rail (HRR-VSRX) for large garages is combined with the VSRX hose reel. The VSRX is a sturdy rail which can carry multiple external Hose Reel on Rail. The HRR can be moved to the side of the workshop when not in operation, or moved to one of the other bays where extraction is needed. The new design of this external HRR with FluxVent crab allows for a high airflow and a 50% drag reduction when moved along the extraction rail.

Older system? No worries!

Our skilled engineers have designed the Hose Reel on Rail to be compatible with all (current and older) versions of the STR, MRP and VSRX exhaust rails.
