Fixed Exhaust dropper on Boom arm (FEB)

The Fixed Exhaust dropper on Boom arm (FEB) is designed to cover a wide area with a simple hose drop system. The FEB can be attached to a central fan system or connected to a direct-mounted fan depending on the workshop situation.

Standard Temperature Hose (ST)

The ST hose for fire and emergency service stations can endure exhaust gas temperatures of up to 400˚F (204°C) continuous in a properly designed system. -Available only in North America-

  • Hose wall is made of a fabric hose
  • External helix is made up of spring steel wire and a synthetic wear strip for abrasion resistance
  • Lower hose is constructed with a proprietary semi-rigid material to ensure proper operation with Plymovent Grabbers

Fixed Extractor hose drop (FE) & (FEF)

The Fixed Extractor (FE) single hose drop is a simple and economic solution when you have to extract exhaust gases and cover more than one service bay while using a central extraction system. We recommend this application for small workshops with limited available space.

Flame retardant and vibration resistant hose (EG2)

The flame retardant and vibration resistant hose (EG2) can withstand exhaust gas temperatures up to 350°F (177°C). -Available only in North America-

  • Neoprene-coated polyester fabric
  • External helix made up galvanized steel with additional plastic abrasion

Synthetic composite fabric hose (EF2)

The EF2 hose is made up of a synthetic composite fabric that can endure exhaust gas temperatures of up to 570°F 300°C) continuous. -Available only in North America-

  • High resistance to mechanical loadings
  • Flame retardant

Nozzles

REC Nozzle

The REC nozzle is equipped with an inner spring clip in order to strengthen the connection with the exhaust pipe. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for use on cars and motorcycles.

  • All nozzles are easy and quick to connect and disconnect
  • The oval adapter can work on dual exhaust pipes

Hose Reel on Boom

Our hose reel on boom (HRB) is ideal for facilities in which an extended reach is needed to accommodate a larger working area, or reach over or under an obstruction such as a bridge crane.
