Plymovent scores Silver in EcoVadis assessment
With a top 15% global ranking and a top 4% score within our industry, Plymovent proves that sustainability is part of our DNA.
The finalists competing for the title 'Best Company in North Holland' anxiously awaited the decisive answer on the evening of Wednesday, May 29. And Plymovent has succeeded in being named the best company in the province for 2024, in the Large Business category, according to the OVNH jury and the public.
The OVNH competition aims to spotlight local businesses that are inspiring in their own way. In 2024, the OVNH categories were: SMEs, Large Business, and The Promise (the award for promising start-up companies). Ultimately, 10 finalists per category were traditionally announced, and the top 3 per category were allowed to take the stage for the final, decisive pitch.
This year's jury, in addition to Deputy Esther Rommel and Policy Advisor for the Province Cecile de la Rambelje, also included representatives from election partners MKB Nederland, RSM, Randstad, ABN-AMRO, Nationale Nederlanden, and Labré Advocaten. The jury stated earlier: “We look at whether an organization is financially sustainable, but of course also at sustainability, social involvement, and, for example, how the company treats its staff. There is a whole range of criteria on which they can score.”
