Description

The MiniMan-160 Top Grade extraction arm is ideal for corrosive environments, or environments where hygiene is important (e.g. the food industry). Due to the clear-thru design the arm can easily be cleaned to reach the hygiene standards desired.

 

Food grade

All metal parts are made from 316L stainless steel. The flex hose at the joints is a clear food grade polyurethane material with internal stainless wire reinforcement. The shoulder and elbow joints are made from PA6 plastic and are located on the outside of the arm.

 

Part of an extraction system

This extraction arm can be fitted to a wall bracket, directly against the wall or on stanchion. The duct system can then move the extracted air to the MDB filter system that is located outside the clean room or even outside the building.

 

Various lengths available

The MiniMan-160 Top Grade is available in 2 m (7 ft) or 3 m (10 ft) length and has a diameter of 160 mm (6.25 inch). The 3 flexible friction joints located on the outside of the extraction arm can be adjusted to desired tension. To adjust its position, use the easy to reach hand grip for smooth handling of the hood/arm. The spun stainless steel hood can be angled in any direction and is fitted with a safety mesh screen.
