Highly Crush Resistant Hose (EH)

The EH hose is a crush-proof hose and can withstand temperatures up to 390ºF (200ºC). -Not available in North America-

Nozzles

REN Nozzle

The REN nozzle is designed to slip over the exhaust pipe and stay connected by friction seal. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for use on cars and motorcycles.

  • Bell nozzle can work on wide or twin pipes

AU Nozzle

The AU exhaust nozzles are designed to capture the exhaust flow at the source without interfering with the airflow. Used for car workshops and maintenance facilities.

Motorized Hose Reel (MHR)

The motorized hose reel (MHR) (Protected under U.S. Patent No. 6,802,336) is designed to retract the hose with the assistance of an electric motor. We recommend this hose reel for use in general and light duty vehicle workshops with a low ceiling where overhead cranes are used.

The EG hose is vibration resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 390ºF (200ºC). Recommended for use in areas with service cars and light trucks. -Not available in North America-

Motorized Exhaust Reel (MER)

The Motorized Exhaust Reel (MER) is designed to retract the hose with the assistance of a high-torque electrical motor. We recommend this hose reel for use in light and heavy duty vehicle workshops where hoses and nozzles can be heavy and overhead cranes are used.

High Temperature Hose (HT)

The High Temperature Hose (HT) hose for fire and emergency service stations can endure exhaust gas temperatures of up to 900˚F (482°C) continuous in a properly designed system. -Available only in North America-

  • Hose wall is made of a proprietary multi-layer, high temperature synthetic fabric hose
  • External helix is made up of spring steel wire and a synthetic wear strip for abrasion resistance
  • Lower hose is constructed with a proprietary semi-rigid material to ensure proper operation with Plymovent Grabbers

The fans in the FUA series can be used as a direct mount fan for metal and hose tube extraction arms or as a central fan in small extraction systems.

Nozzles

Rubber nozzle with vice grip (REG)

The REG nozzle is equipped with a vice grip to maximize its holding power to the tailpipe. Used for truck repair and service facilities.

  • All nozzles are easy and quick to connect and disconnect
  • Maximum holding power to the tailpipe
  • The oval adapter can work on dual exhaust pipes

Hose Reel on Rail

Our Hose Reel on Rail (HRR) is ideal for service centers in which multiple bays are positioned and storage of the hose is preferred.

  • Operators can slide the hose easily along the rail to the desired bay
