Metal Exhaust Nozzle (MEN)

The MEN is designed to cover an exhaust gas temperature in a range up to 550°F (300°C) continuous or up to 1200°F (650°C) intermittent. Recommended for engine testing and natural gas engine service facilities.

The MEN is an exhaust nozzle made out of metal

The MEN nozzle is highly suitable for Plymovent’s fixed extractors and exhaust hose reels.

Recommended for engine testing and natural gas engine service facilities, the MEN nozzle can handle temperatures up to 300°C (550°F) continuous or up to 650°C (1200°F) intermittent. The MEN is designed to take in ambient cooling air thereby reducing the exhaust emission temperature.
The nozzle is made up of a powder coated metal pipe and a spring-loaded rubber lid. The lid shuts tight and functions as a damper when the nozzle is not being used. Operators can open the lid using an ergonomic handle.

Truck Extraction Nozzle


The Truck Extraction Nozzle is an adjustable nozzle which can connect to tailpipes that are hard to reach and/or have an irregular shape. The TEN facilitates European standard EURO 6 and American EPA 07 tailpipes.

REC Nozzle


The REC nozzle is equipped with an inner spring clip in order to strengthen the connection with the exhaust pipe. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for use on cars and motorcycles.

REN Nozzle


The REN nozzle is designed to slip over the exhaust pipe and stay connected by friction seal. It includes a CO outlet and is recommended for use on cars and motorcycles.

AU Nozzle


The AU exhaust nozzles are designed to capture the exhaust flow at the source without interfering with the airflow. Used for car workshops and maintenance facilities.
